Traces of original blue throughout, intermingled with some mottled brown,with some areas of pitting (due to improper storage) on loading lever, barrel and cylinder. Fairly sharp corners and edges. Overall in good-very good condition. A difficult item to find, and highly sought-after by collectors. It is estimated that only approximately 1000 Remington Beals Army revolvers were martially marked.
